Ceylon Development Loans (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 21 of the principal Act. [ 56 (1), 18 of 1965.]

4. Section 21 of the principal Act is hereby amended, in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " Income Tax Ordinance ", of the words " Income Tax Ordinance or of section 54 of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 4 of 1963, as the case may be ".
