| 14. It shall be the duty of the Board and the Board shall have the power to supervise and control the design, construction and operation of all electrical generating stations, high voltage transmission lines, switching stations and other electrical installations installed for the purpose of any joint scheme entered into by the Board under the provisions of paragraph (l) of section 12 with any Government Department or any body approved by the Minister : Provided, however, that in the exercise of such supervision and control, the Board shall have due regard to the needs of such Department or body. |
