| 16. No person or body other than the Board shall, except with the written permission of the Board given with the approval of the Minister, undertake the transmission of high voltage electrical energy in bulk from one place to another in Ceylon: Provided, however, that the preceding provisions of this section shall not apply to the transmission of such energy by the Anuradhapura Preservation Board within the area of authority of that Board. |
