| (1) The Board may create and issue any stock required for the purpose of exercising the powers of he Board under sub-section (3) of section 41, and the tock so created and issued is hereinafter in this Act referred to as " Ceylon Electricity Stock ". |

| (2) Ceylon Electricity Stock shall be issued, trans erred, dealt with, redeemed and cancelled in accordance with such terms as may be determined by the Board with the approval of the Minister given nth the concurrence of the Minister of Finance. |
