Secondment of Government servants
20. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act, the Commission may, with the approval of the Minister and with the consent of the person and the co-operative society concerned, appoint to any office in the co-operative society, a person in the service of the Government seconded for service in that society for that purpose, for such period and on such terms and conditions as the Commission may approve. For the purposes of this section, " Minister " means the Minister in charge of the Government Department where the person is employed. |
