| 6. A Director who is in any way directly or indirectly interested in any contract made or proposed to be made by the Bureau shall disclose the nature of his interest at a meeting of the Board of Directors, The disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the Board of Directors, and such Director shall not take part in any deliberation or decision of the Board of Directors with respect to that contract:Provided that the interest which any Director of the Bureau may have in a contract by virtue of his being an officer of a Government Department or a public Corporation, or a Director of a public Corporation, shall be deemed not to be an interest within the meaning of this section. |
