| (1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for this time being of the Corporation as hereinafter provided, he administered by a Committee of Management consisting of the President, the Honorary Secretary and the Honorary Treasurer of the Corporation,. and not less than twelve other members to be elected in accordance with the rules for the time being of the Corporation. |

| (2) The first Committee of Management of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Committee of Management of the Centre holding office on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act and whose names are set out in the Second Schedule to this Act. |
