Centre For Manthinda Social Services And Vocational Training (Incorporation) Act (No. 50 of 1991) - Sect 7

Debts due by and payable to the Centre

7. All debts and liabilities of the Centre existing on the day proceeding the date of commencements of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and all debts duo to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Centre on that day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
