Section 21 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words "to a lending institution which is share holder of the Bureau at the report of such shareholder or , of the words " to a lending institution which is a share-holder of the Bureau at the request of such shareholder and simultaneously to any borrower or prospective borrower to whom such information relates or". |
