Replacement of section 10 of the principal enactment
5, Section 10 of the principal enactment is hereby re- pealed and the following new section substituted there- for:
10. The Members of the board other than the director of the Institute may be remunerated out of the funds of the Institute In such manner and at such rates as may be specified by the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance, by Order published in the Gazette.",
