Chinmaya Mission Of Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 28 of 1981) - Sect 6

Debts due by and payable to the Mission

6. All debts and liabilities of the Mission existing at the time of coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Mission shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
