5.
| (1) The Executive Council shall cause a register to be kept, in which every person who at the date of the passing of this Act is a member of the Chamber and every person thereafter duly admitted a member of the Corporation hereby constituted, shall have his name inscribed. |

| (2) The register shall contain the following particulars: -
| | (a) the name and address of the member; | | |
| | (b) the nature of the industry or industries in which the member is engaged; | | |
| | (c) the date at which the name of any person was inscribed in the register as a member; and | | |
| | (d) the date at which the person ceased to be a member. | | |
