Ceylon National Library Services Board Act (No. 17 of 1970) - Sect 20

Exemption from customs duty

20. Notwithstanding anything in any other written law the Minister of Finance may, on the recommendation of the Minister, waive the customs duty on any article imported by or for the Board, for any of the purposes of the Board.
