Ceylon National Library Services Board Act (No. 17 of 1970) - Sect 23

Interpretation

23. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires" local authority " means any Municipal Council, Urban Council, Town Council or Village Council; " the Minister " means the Minister for the time being in charge of the subject of education.
