Amendment of section 123 of the principal enactment

3. Section 123 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words "any specimen of saliva, urine, hair or finger nail", of the words "any specimen of blood, saliva, urine, hair or finger nail".
