Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 206

Refusal to plead

206. If the accused does not plead or if he pleads not guilty or if in the circumstances set out in the proviso to section 205, the Judge refuses to receive the plea jurors shall be chosen to try the case as hereinafter provided.
