Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 256

Statement of person pardoned may be given in evidence against him at his trial

259.
(1) The statement made by a person who has accepted a tender of pardon may be given in evidence against him when he is tried as stated in section 258.
(2) A prosecution for the offence of giving false evidence in respect of such statement shall not be entertained without the sanction of the Attorney-General.
