| (1) Words which refer to acts done extend to illegal omissions. Words to have same meaning as in the Penal Code. |

| (2) All words and expressions used herein and defined in the Penal Code and not herein before denned shall be deemed to have the meanings respectively attributed to them by that Code. Signatures to be in handwriting. |

| (3) Whenever by or for the purposes of this Code any person is directed or required to sign a document the signature must be written with a pen or other like instrument and must not be affixed or impressed by a stamp or other like means. |
