Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 355

Abatement

358.
(1) Every appeal and application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal under this Code shall abate on the death of the accused :
(2) The expression " person aggrieved " shall have the same meaning as in section 16 of, the Judicature Act, No. 2 of 1978.
