| 362. The Court of Appeal shall hear and determine the question of law arising on such special case and shall thereupon affirm, amend, or reverse the determination in respect of which the special case has been stated or may make such order in relation to the matter as to the Court of Appeal may seem fit:Provided always that a Magistrate who shall state and deliver a special case in pursuance of this Code shall not be liable to any costs in respect thereto. |
