Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act (No. 21 of 2005) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 14 of the principal enactment

2.
(1) There shall be established a body called the National Council for Disaster Management (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the "Council").
(2) The Council shall by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
