Ceiling on Housing Property (Amendment) Act (No. 56 of 1980) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 29 of the principal enactment

5. Section 29 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " a Board of Review ", of the words * a Board of Review (hereinafter referred to as " the Board ") 8. Section 37 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words " the Board ", of the words " a Board of Valuation ".
