Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

3. Section 11 of the principal enactment as amended by Law No. 34 of 1974, is hereby further amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words " disposed of within ", of the words " disposed of by way of sale, gift or otherwise, within ".
