Ceiling on Housing Property (Amendment) Law (No. 34 of 1974) - Sect 19

Amendment of section 47 of the principal enactment

19. Section 47 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
(1) by the insertion, immediately before the definition of " Commissioner ", of the following new definition: - ' " body of persons " includes a corporation sole;’ ; and
(2) by the substitution, for the definition of" Commissioner ", of the following new definition: - ' " Commissioner " means the Commissioner for National Housing and includes a Deputy Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner ; '.
