| 41. Every registered insurer shall from time to time furnish the Controller with certified copies of its reinsurance treaties (including treaties which are revised) relating to any class of insurance business transacted by such insurer in Ceylon: Provided that certified copies of such reinsurance treaties as are in force on the appointed date shall be furnished not later than three months after the appointed date. ` |
