| 47. When any investigation in respect of an insurance company is made under section 46, the provisions of section 133 of the Companies Ordinance shall apply for the purposes of such investigation as they apply to an investigation made in pursuance of that section of that Ordinance and all expenses of and incidental to such investigation shall be defrayed by the company and shall have priority over other debts due from the company. |
