Control Of Insurance Act (No. 25 of 1962) - Sect 83

Repeals,

83.
(1) The Life Insurance Companies Ordinance, No. 11 of 1911, is hereby repealed.
(2) Sections 11, 12, 13, 16 and 30 of the Insurance Corporation Act, No. 2 of 1961, are hereby repealed.
