Control Of Insurance Act (No. 42 of 1986) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1. This Act may be cited as the Control of Insurance (Amendment) Act, No. 42 of 1986, and shall come into operation on such date as may be appointed by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette.
