Amendment of section 37 of the principal enactment
19. Section 37 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :
(a) in subsection (3) of that sect on by the omission of the words the insurer or authorized officer of the insurer, or where the insurer is a company,".
(b) by the repeal of subsection (6) of that section.
