Section 70 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for all the words from" to proceed against " to the end of that section, of the words, to proceed against any other assets held by such person and where such person is a company the assets held by each director of such company on or after that date, and ,recover any sum outstanding under such policy of insurance. . |
