| 184. The minimum stamp duties chargeable in the District Court in civil proceedings and in the Court of Appeal under the provisions of the enactment for the time being in force relating to stamps shall, so far as the same may be applicable and except as herein otherwise provided, be charged in all proceedings under this Code in the District Court and in the Court of Appeal: Provided that in no case shall the Registrar be required to use any stamp or be charged with any stamp duty. |
