| 186. In this Code unless the context otherwise requires- "Central Bank of Ceylon " means the Central Bank of Ceylon established under the Monetary Law Act; " Convention country" means any country that has acceded to or ratified or that may hereafter accede to or ratify the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property and includes any country which has entered into or which may hereafter enter into any treaty, convention or arrangement with Sri Lanka creating reciprocal rights and obligations between such country and Sri Lanka in regard to industrial designs, patents and marks and the registration thereof; " Court" means the District Court of Colombo ; " prescribed " means prescribed by this Code or any regulation thereunder. |
