Code Of Intellectual Property Act (No. 52 of 1979) - Sect 64
Right to a patent
64.
(1) Subject to section 65 the right to a patent shall belong to the inventor.
(2) Where two or more persons have jointly made an invention, the right to a patent shall belong to them jointly.
