Code Of Intellectual Property Act (No. 52 of 1979) - Sect 67

Naming of inventor

67.
(1) The inventor shall be named as such in the patent, unless by a declaration in writing signed by him or on his behalf and submitted to the Registrar he indicates that he does not wish to be so named.
(2) The provisions of subsection (1) shall not be modified by the tenons of any contract.
