Amendment and division of application

72.

(1) An applicant may amend the application provided that the amendment shall not go beyond the disclosure in the initial application.

(2)

	(a) An applicant may divide the application into two or more applications (" divisional applications") provided that each divisional application shall not go beyond the disclosure in the initial application.

	(b) Each divisional application shall be entitled to the filing or, where applicable, priority date of the initial application.
