Church of the Foursq Uare Gospel in Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 37 of 1986) - Sect 12

Debts due by and payable to the Corporation

12. All debts and liabilities of the Church existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Church shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
