| 2. From and after the date of the commencement of this Act, such and so many persons as now are members of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel in Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as "the Church") including the persons whose names appear in the First Schedule hereto who are the present members of the Board of Directors or the Church and their successors elected in the manner hereinafter provided and such and so many persons who shall hereafter be admitted as members of the corporation hereby constituted shall be a body corporate (hereinafter referred to as the" Corporation ") with perpetual succession, under the name and style of "The Church of the Foursquare Gospel in Sri Lanka" and by that name shall, and: may, sue or be sued in all courts, with full power and authority to have and use a common seal and to change, alter and renew same at its discretion. |
