(1) It shall be lawful for the Board at any time of its meetings held after due notice and by a majority of votes of the members present and voting at such meeting to make rules not inconsistent with this Act or any other written law for

| (a) the admission, withdrawal or expulsion of members; | | |

| (b) the conduct of the duties of the Board and of the various local church, offices, agents and servants of the Corporation; | | |
|
| (c) the procedure to be followed in the transaction of business; | | |
|
| (d) the election or appointment of the officers of the Corporation or of the members of the Board and their tenure of office; | | |
|
| (e) such other purposes incidental to and connected with the proper administration of the Corporation. | | |
