(1) Upon registration of a Condominium Plan, the owner or owners of the units in the parcel to which the Condominium Plan applies shall constitute a body corporate under the name and style of " The Owners: Condominium Plan No.: ............." (the number to be specified being the number given to the plan upon registration). |

(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the body corporate shall have a common seal and right to perpetual succession and shall have the right to sue and be sued, and shall be responsible for the enforcement of its by-laws and the control, management and administration of the condominium property. |
