Consumer Protection Act (No. 1 of 1979) - Sect 9

Failure to comply with order an offence

9. Where any manufacturer or trader fails or refuses to comply with an order made under subsection (4) of section. 8, such manufacturer or trader shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
