| (1) The Chairman of the Corporation shall refer to the Compensation Tribunal for determination the amount of the compensation payable in respect of any property vested in or requisitioned for the Corporation and shall transmit to the Tribunal all claims made to such compensation, together with all documents furnished by the claimants in support of their claims, and all documents copies of which have been served on or transmitted to the claimants by the Corporation. |

| (2) A reference made under subsection (1) to the Compensation Tribunal is hereafter in this Act referred to as a " reference for an award as to compensation ". |
