Amendment of section 122 of the principal enactment. [ 2, 42 of 1961.3

5. Section 122 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution, for the words " Neither the accused ", of the words and figures " Save as otherwise provided in section 122A, neither the accused ".
