Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Act (No. 79 of 1988) - Sect 17

Amendment of section principal enactment

17. Section 328 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words "property or part thereof, as the case may be.", of the word " property or part thereof, as the case may be. Every inquiry under this section shall be concluded within sixty days of the date
fixed for the filing of objections.".
