Amendment of section 5 of Chapter 101

2. Section 5 of the Civil Procedure Code (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the definition of the expression " decree " of the following new definition : - '' Fiscal " includes a Deputy Fiscal;'.
