Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Act (No. 79 of 1988) - Sect 20

Amendment of section 394 of the principal enactment

20. Section 394 of the principal enactment it hereby amended by the repeal of the definition of "legal representative" in subsection (2) thereof, and the substitution therefor of the following definition :-"legal representative" means an executor or administrator or the next of kin who has adiated the inheritance".
