| 38. Section 553 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words which any minor or minors may be entitled " of the words " which any minor or minors may be entitled : Provided that where the parties consent, the filing of such account and payment shall be dispensed with on payment of the stamp duty that would have been otherwise payable on the filing of such account, and the proceedings shall then be closed.". |
