Amendment of Second Schedule to the principal enactment

54. The Second Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition at the end of that Schedule of the following new Part:
The scale of coats and charges to be paid to registered attorneys in the Small Claims Courts, as well between party and party, as between registered attorney and Client, shall be the same as is applicable to District Courts, and specified in Parts I and II of this Schedule."-
