Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Law (No. 20 of 1977) - Sect 60

Amendment of section 456 of the principal enactment

60. Section 456 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
(1) by the repeal of the proviso to subsection (1) of that section; and
(2) by the repeal of subsection (4) of that section.
