Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Law (No. 20 of 1977) - Sect 71

Amendment of section 523 of the principal enactment

71. Section 523 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition, at the end of that section, of the following proviso:- " Provided, however, that the court may for good cause supersede the claim of the widow or widower.".
