| 82. Section 541 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition, immediately after the proviso thereto, of the following additional proviso:- " Provided further that in all cases of the issue of probate or grant of administration to a sole beneficiary under a will or the sole heir in the case of intestacy or where all the heirs being sui juris consent thereto, security shall not be required.". |
